These accomplishments build on a leadership foundation forged in the U.S. Marine Corps, where Dr. Logan earned a Certificate of Commendation for “superior performance of duty” during battalion-level maritime prepositioning force operations. Michael P. Logan, Ph.D., is the founder and CEO of The Six Actual Group LLC — a veteran-led consultancy forged from the principles of authentic leadership. A U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Veteran with over 22 years of administrative experience, including 18 in higher education, Michael has built a career on leading from the front, executing complex missions, and delivering results where they matter most.
He has secured millions in resources, created nationally recognized programs, and influenced policy at the federal level — all while building high-performance teams and strategic partnerships. Named a Stand-To Veteran Leadership Scholar by the George W. Bush Institute, Michael blends operational precision with visionary strategy to guide organizations through transformation.
